In order to allow a more comprehensive overview of the topic, let us examine various events related to terrorism and the use of pretexts to justify some legislative action or otherwise unpopular military.
's do first a brief return in time to 1993. Some may recall that this year, February 26 Specifically, the World Trade Center had been the target of a bomb attack. The following excerpt from The New York Times edition of October 28, 1993. We discover some very revealing.

The report, delivered in a transcription of hundreds of hours of tape recordings that Mr. Salem secretly made during his conversations with the agents of law enforcement, presents the authorities as being in much better position than was previously known to foil the bomb attack against the highest towers of the City of New York on February 26. After the bombing, he [Salem] resumed his clandestine work. In an undated copy of a conversation of this period, Mr. Salem reported a conversation he had earlier with an agent about an unnamed FBI supervisor who, he says, ˝ ˝ came to spoil everything. ˝ He asked to meet me at the hotel ˝, said Salem speaking supervisor.
˝ He has applied for me to testify, and if he had not demanded it, we would make a bomb with a fake powder and catch people involved in the coup. But as you know, we did not.
˝ A copy of the report quotes Mr. Salem claiming he wanted to complain to headquarters FBI in Washington about the failure of the agency to prevent the bombing, but was dissuaded by an agent identified as John Anticev.
Mr. Salem says that Mr. Anticev told him 'I do not think the people of New York would like to see things come from the New York office to go to Washington, DC ˝ [...]» O1
After all elements abundant in the same direction, is it surprising to learn that already in 1993, the practices of U.S. intelligence services seemed suspicious? After all, this article describes an outright clandestine agent was about to stop the first bomb attack against the World Trade Center and capture terrorists, but rather that the FBI allowed the bombing to occur. Serious legislative changes had followed this event with the official version, like the attacks of Sept. 11, contains enough irregularities to warrant a book like this one. Let us first quote a particularly interesting article on the subject. It appeared almost 12 years after the bombing, February 21, 2007 in the Deseret Morning News, a town near Salt Lake City, Utah.
"The sole survivor found guilty of the bombing of April 19, 1995 against the federal building Alfred P. Murrah, Oklahoma City, said his co-conspirator, Timothy McVeigh, told him he was taking orders from a senior FBI official for orchestrating the attack.
A declaration from Terry Lynn Nichols, registered at the District Court of the United States Salt Lake City, is one of the most detailed confessions by Nichols to date about his involvement in the attack the bomb as far as the involvement of other individuals. [...] The claim
The most shocking statement signed by 19 pages long, is that of Nichols, who certifies that the conspiracy of the attack was entirely an FBI operation and that McVeigh had let slip in a moment of anger he took his instructions Larry Potts, a former senior FBI official. [...]
When contacted Tuesday, the FBI headquarters in Washington DC, said they could not comment on allegations of Nichols immediately. [...]
Nichols claims that in December 1992, McVeigh told him that ˝ while serving in the armed forces of the United States, it was recruited to perform clandestine missions ˝. [...]» W51
Surprisingly, and without wanting to play with words, this new potential explosive that was not reported by local media only. Indeed, only the Salt Lake Tribune also covered the subject the next day, ˝ adding that the documents supposedly helping to support his allegations [Nichols] were sealed [the Court] to protect the information they contain ˝ ( W52). This article does not mention elsewhere over the name of Larry Potts, the top FBI official designated by the Morning News, information likely to be part of those newly 'protected' by the order of the Court.
It is also interesting to learn that the building Alfred P. Murrah were offices of the ATF (a division of U.S. federal regulations on alcohol, tobacco and firearms), and as reported by local media, agents of the federal division were in fact absent from all of the explosion. Let's see what the reported local television station KFOR NewsChannel 4, NBC affiliate, following the events.
"Linda Cavanaugh, Anchor: 'Are federal agents were forewarned about a bomb in Oklahoma City? Did they know that the Murrah building was a target? The ATF said no, absolutely not. But tonight, as part of an exclusive report at NewsChannel, you are about to hear a different version, that of people who were at the Murrah Building that morning. "
Witness: 'We ask simple questions and we can not get answers, so it makes us even more curious, you know. Where the hell were they [the employees of the ATF]? "
[...] Reporter: 'Another witness, an employee of relief, said that after discussions with an officer on the scene of the attack, she also suspected the ATF was warned and that the officers had not shown up for work this morning '.
Witness # 2, used emergency 'I asked him if his office was in the building and he said yes. And I asked him if there were still agents of the ATF in the building and he said no, we were not there. "
Journalist: 'Witness # 1 discussed with agent ATF that was on the scene. He says he asked the officer what had happened and told the witness that this is the response of the agent.
Witness # 1: 'He seemed to get a little nervous and tried to contact someone on his radio transmitter. He could not reach anyone, and I insisted on getting an answer immediately. He said they were assessing the situation, none of the officers did was within the building, they were informed by pager not to return to work that day. It came out of his mouth as clearly as that. If they were warned, why nobody else was? There were many people, good people who died there, and if they knew they should have informed everyone. "

Apparently, before the attack, the brother of the governor [of the state of Oklahoma] Frank Keating, Martin, worked on a novel about a terrorist bombing in Oklahoma City. We must remember that the U.S. government's official version of events in Oklahoma City, Timothy McVeigh accused of perpetrating the attack. Could this be the result of an exceptional chance that Martin Keating's novel, 'The Final Jihad' Thomas McVey presented as being at the head of a fictional terrorist attack before the actual attacks do occur precisely in the same city?

now relinquish the Oklahoma City bombing flying over the London bombings, which occurred ten years later, July 7, 2005. Like many acts of terrorism, many elements and anomalies surrounding the attack again. Include only one of these elements, keeping in mind the military exercises that had surrounded the September 11 attacks.
Curiously, the extraordinary coincidences are transported on British soil in summer 2005. Question lie in the context let us remember that these attacks were composed of four separate bombs. POWER: Precisely ˝. And it was about 9:30 this morning we had planned this for a company that I will not reveal the name for obvious reasons but they listen and they will recognize. And we had a room full of crisis managers who met for the first time and therefore, within five minutes we decided very quickly that it was a real case, so we spent the steps and procedures enabled crisis management in the reflection mode from slow to fast so on. Is not it striking resemblance to the military exercises that surrounded September 11? Only this time the exercises were held precisely the same underground stations as real events, with a perfect synchronism. Moreover, the scenario involved coincidentally simultaneous explosions, which was also the case in reality.
One of the few other chains have an article with this sensational news was Aljazeera, July 10, 2005 edition.
"A consulting agency with ties to the government and police driving a simulation exercise for an unnamed company on the bombings in the London Underground network precisely the same time and place they occurred in real life on July 7.
In an interview broadcast on BBC Radio 5 broadcast the same evening, the host interviewed Peter Power, managing director at Visor Consultants, a firm that qualifies itself as a consulting company in 'crisis management', also known as a public relations firm.

The fact that the exercise occurred where and when exact bombings over the 'coincidence'. According to Power, the simulation was based on 'simultaneous explosions'. Initially the attacks were considered to have occurred more than an hour apart, but police confirmed later that this information was incorrect and that in fact the explosions were separated by only a few seconds, then simultaneously. [...]
Clearly at least five if not six training exercises were underway in the days leading up to Sept. 11, the same morning. This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. Since NORAD had been informed that this was part of the simulation exercise, the normal response procedures were delayed and defused.
The large number of 'signals' on NORAD screens that showed the real hijacked planes and those who were part of the simulation, explains why the press published reports on the coup were imprecise and cited up to eight planes hijacked.
According to spokesperson of the Agency for Crisis Management Federal (FEMA), the agency was in New York on the eve of September 11. The FEMA spokesman Tom Kenney, told the news anchor Dan Rather in an interview on Wednesday, September 12, 2001, that FEMA was deployed to New York on Monday, September 10, to be ready to go to Action Tuesday morning, Sept. 11. Needless to say, Kenney's statement was refuted and blamed his confusion on the dates. [...]

And if the tone suggested in this article from Aljazeera was closer to reality than we like to believe? In other words, is it possible that a faction within the Western governments have coordinated the terrorist attacks in order to advance his agenda, including establishing a public support to other criminal wars?
Could we have been victims of the same old trick that many historians suspect that the Nazis used to have their own burning Reichstag, the parliament building in Berlin, February 27, 1933? New very interesting information was later revealed two years later in an article in the Times UK dealing exclusively with the same Louai Sakra - or Louai al-Sakka.

He traveled under the Turkish name Erkan Ozer - one of his 16 false identities - when he was arrested in the village of Diyarbakir, in southeastern [Turkey] in August 2005 . His capture was the result of an explosion at night that caused a fire in his apartment a week earlier. [...]
Sakka was planning to sink Israeli ships off the Turkish coast using motorized canoes. [...]
Turkish intelligence services were aware of unusual activities of Islamic militancy in the Yalova mountains, where Sakka had established their camps. But it posed no threat to Turkey at this time.
However, a larger conspiracy took shape. In late 1999, said [Osman] Karahan [counsel Sakka], a group of four young Saudi students went to Turkey to prepare to fight in Chechnya. 'They wanted to be good Muslims and join the jihad during their holidays,' he said.
They had embarked on a journey to end with the September 11 attacks against America in 2001. They were: Ahmed and Hamza al-Ghamdi who hijacked the plane to hit the south tower of World Trade Center, their companion Saeed al-Ghamdi whose plane crashed in a Pennsylvania field, and Nawaf al-Hazmi, who perished in the crash at the Pentagon.
They followed the physical training program to Sakka in the mountains and were later joined by two other future terrorist Majed Moqed, who also perished at the Pentagon, and Satam al Suqami, who was in the first plane that crashed into the north tower. Moqed and Suqami
were specifically selected by leaders of Al Qaeda in Saudi Arabia for the operation of the twin towers, said Sakka, and were en route to Afghanistan. Sakka had convinced the other four to go to Afghanistan after the travel plans in Chechnya had failed due to problems crossing the border. [...]» W180
An article in the Washington Post (W240) in 2006 had also mentioned the role of Louai Sakka in the September 11 plot. However, both these items omitted to mention a minor detail: that Sakka was hired by the CIA, which he had received a large sum of money just before he begins 2000 preparations for the September 11 attacks.

Many will remember that in the weeks following Sept. 11, a series of biochemical attacks, better known as the anthrax attack, or anthrax, had terrorized the North American population. Through envelopes containing the deadly powder, five people were killed and at least 17 others had been poisoned. Thousands of people had then been placed on antibiotics. W87
The first wave envelope was sent on September 18, 2001 bound for ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, the New York Post and the National Enquirer located in the building AMI (American Media Inc.). one week to the day after the attacks. W88
Three weeks later, a second wave envelope, stamped October 9 by the Postal Service, was addressed to Democratic senators Tom Daschle (majority leader in the Senate, South Dakota) and Patrick Leahy (Chairman Senate Judiciary Committee, Vermont). W89
No member of the Republican party (that of George W. Bush) never received threats in the history of anthrax.
Despite the fact that each envelope contained a handwritten note mentioning Sept. 11 and ending with Allah is great ˝ ˝ (See photos attached - PH-16.8 and 16.9), we ask which of the following assumptions, had the most interest to frighten and threaten the media as well as two influential senators from the opposition of the extremists of Al Qaeda responsible for terrorist attacks? A single individual? Elements or even illegal in the U.S. government or secret services, themselves responsible for the attacks?
Why Al Qaeda would like it to threaten the U.S. media and some influential members of the opposition party following the attacks? A statement was rather unique on one and letters of recommendation, take penicillin, an antibiotic effective against anthrax infection (see photos attached - PH-16.8 and 16.9).
A terrorist authentic, lived a genuine desire to kill, he would present at the outset to his targets the way out? Clearly, the intent of the perpetrator of the anthrax attacks was not to kill but rather to threaten, intimidate.
Besides, what could be valid reasons to scare these people in particular? In the case of the two Democratic senators, a response this question seems more apparent when we learn that an important and controversial U.S. bill, the Patriot Act, was quickly introduced in response to the attacks of September 11. He was ultimately voted 24 to October 25, 2001. Coincidence or not, Senators Leahy and Daschle were both in key position to promote or prevent the passage of this law.
Born in the form of a legislative proposal from the Bush administration, the Patriot Act first met the first hurdle: Patrick Leahy, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, had engaged in intense negotiations with the Department of Justice to make substantial amendments to the bill for the primary purpose of protecting certain civil liberties.
Then, on October 9, Senator Russ Feingold (Democrat, Wisconsin) was blocking the passage of the Patriot Act, requiring that it be submitted to a debate on possible amendments. Here is an excerpt from Associated Press published October 10, 2001.
"The Anti-Terrorism Act [Patriot Act] of the Bush administration is at fixed point because a senator is concerned that it will erode civil liberties.
The majority leader in the Senate, Tom Daschle (Democrat, South Dakota), tried to expedite the passage of the bill Tuesday, but Senator Russ Feingold (Democrat, Wisconsin) has refused the request Daschle of free passage to the project without it being debated or amended.
˝ I do not quite understand why we can not take just a few hours of debate ˝, said Feingold, who is seeking the opportunity to limit some of the police powers granted in the Senate bill. [...]
Feingold's amendments:
- would eliminate a provision in the bill that would allow police to search secretly suspect's home.
- limit a provision allowing the wiretapping by federal officials.
- would prevent the FBI access to personal information of Americans (news - web sites).
- clarify the federal government's power to make computers under supervision.
˝ It is crucial that civil liberties in this country be preserved ˝, said Feingold. ˝ Otherwise the terrorists win the battle against American values without firing a single bullet. [...]» ˝ W96
Information The most important thing we provided this development was the date that Feingold had blocked the process of passing the Patriot Act: October 9, 2001. Remember that the envelopes of anthrax sent to Senators Daschle and Leahy were specifically posted October 9, 2001.
As noted, Senators Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy were now in positions potentially key to block, slow down or speed up the passage of the Patriot Act, and they received the threatening letters containing anthrax less than two weeks before the historic vote. This major bill was subsequently passed without problem, increasing dramatically the power of law enforcement in a context of struggle against terrorism.
Without going into the legislative details of the Patriot Act, we can at least mention that this bill was without doubt a crucial step towards establishing a police state United States. To cite a few examples, note that the U.S. government appropriated thus the right to search citizens without reasonable grounds (having only a pretext of war against terror), which went against the Fourth Amendment of their Constitution. They became can also be denied access to counsel to an American accused of a crime simply by claiming the fight against terror. The government also acquired the right to indefinitely detain individuals without them having access to a trial, the right to imprison Americans without them being charged and without being able to confront those who testify against them. In addition, the Patriot Act allowed them to monitor political and religious institutions, and listen to conversations between inmates and their lawyers. W160
All this, in the name of the fight against terror.
Note that this list of snags civil rights dates back to 2002. Since that time, the U.S. government has pursued in this direction, especially with the passage of the Patriot Act 2, also known as the 'Domestic Security Enhancement Act' in 2003, and other related laws such as the Military Commissions Act 2006.
But back on this history of bio-terrorism and observe certain details concerning the origin of the anthrax or anthrax used in the envelopes. Here is an excerpt from the edition of December 13, 2001 The Washington Post.

Different officials the army and elsewhere have said that anthrax spores that were in the letter to Majority Leader in the Senate, Thomas A. Daschle (D-South Dakota), were highly concentrated and were produced in a powder consisting of particles smaller than three microns in diameter - in classifying the type of format that makes them extremely dangerous if released into the air . [...]
The new revelations about the level of technical sophistication of equipment used in the letters to Daschle and Senator Patrick J. Leahy (Democrat, Vermont) have deepened the debate about [the identity of the person] who could be behind the attacks. Some leading experts on anthrax believe that the indications point to a U.S. scientist with ties to the biological weapons program of the United States or one of its contractors.
˝ The anthrax in the letters was probably made and developed as a weapon in a government laboratory in the United States or one of its contractors ˝, Barbara Hatch Rosenberg concluded, a microbiologist and director of Federation of American Scientists' Working Group on Biological Weapons in an analysis released by the federation on Monday. [...]
Richard Spertzel, a former colonel in the armed forces who led the inspection team of UN biological weapons in Iraq last week mocked the assumption of a 'bio -bomber ', a scientist who had upset or disturbed the handmade weapon of deadly anthrax alone in a basement laboratory.
˝ The quality of the product contained in the letter to Senator Daschle was higher than that found in the Soviet program, Iraqi or American, certainly as purity and concentration of spore particles ˝, Spertzel said in testimony Dec. 5 before the House Committee on International Relations, apparently referring to the offensive program United States which ended in 1969. Three days after that article appeared, the Washington Post returned the matter and confirmed the source of the material used in the attacks.
"Studies on the genetic fingerprints indicate that the anthrax spores mailed to Capitol Hill are identical to the reserves of the deadly bacteria maintained by Army of the United States since 1980, according to scientists familiar with the most recent tests.
Although several laboratories possess the Ames strain of anthrax involved in this fall's bioterrorist attacks, only five laboratories so far have been identified as having the perfect genetic match with those letters sent to the Senate, say the scientists. And samples of all these laboratories will lead to a single U.S. military source: the Medical Research Institute of the Armed Forces of the United States on Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland.
˝ This means that the original source [of terrorist material] must be USAMRIID ˝, said one of the scientists. [...]
The FBI investigation on the anthrax attacks is increasingly focusing on whether the research programs of biochemical weapons of the U.S. government, one headed by CIA may have been the source of the deadly anthrax powder sent through the mail, according to sources familiar with the investigation. The results of genetic tests reinforce this possibility. The FBI is focusing on a contractor who worked with the CIA, said a source.
But the identity of the laboratory reportedly lost control of his material, which apparently ended up in the hands of terrorists, remains unknown. [...]

Three months later, Barbara Rosenberg previously cited by the Washington Post, stated its conclusions in an interview with the BBC. Here is an excerpt from the Newsnight dated March 14, 2002.

At least some staff members were administered the Cipro six weeks ago. The White House officials refused to discuss the identity of those who are still receiving antibiotic treatment against anthrax at this time.

This not only does he confirm that the antibiotic against anthrax was delivered to the White House the day of 11 September, a full week before sending the first letter contaminated but we also discover that it was only some employees, More specifically staff accompanying Vice President Dick Cheney, who received the treatment.
Ultimately, we ended up with a strain of anthrax that can only come from a facility of U.S. bio-defense, with suggestions of experts pointing to a secret CIA program, with contaminated letters to the media and influential members of two opposition party - which postmarked the day coincides with the blocking of the Patriot Act by a Democratic senator.
