The good weather returned officially in Tokyo (no, no, we do not scoff at the rain every other day) so it will soon be time to get to the sun. What's better than a drink or eat in the evening cool, on a terrace.
But then, in Tokyo, they are really desirable, especially since Las Chicas AND Hanezawa Garden have closed ...
Here is a little review (not exhaustive) list of my favorite parts of my predilection, I will update as and as I shall find the places I love (no flickering mocks my memory, thank you).
course, I know I know not 1 / 100 of the terraces of the city, so if you know of owls, west and elsewhere, do not hesitate to let me know!
Moreover, even if some are dinosaurs, architecture known by most of you, in Tokyo, keep in mind that this blog is also the intention of our French friends came to us and that viste No, they do not know maybe or Sign Casita ...
So here we go.
DAY IN
The Best:
- I have already spoken and even if the place has changed since (the name escapes me at time but it's yours "Sports Cafe" I believe) the terrace of Laplace although not very original, is nevertheless a must. Bright, large and free of cars, rare performance in Tokyo.
-For a sunny terrace HYPER (Full dodger ...) Roppongi Hills has two restaurants right next to the concert ticket ... I just have to find the names, we do not laugh.
- SIGN Daikan Yama was opposite the station. The terrace (which has the distinction of being non-smoking) is very pleasant to watch the parade daikanyamaesque.
- XEX : by day or night in Bali to believe (a little at least) in mid Daikan Yama.
- Birthday on Omotesando to see and be seen by the shopper and tourists.
- TY Harbor : a little (lot) in the middle of nowhere, blind in general and not necessarily super refined dishes but this place has the merit of having a large terrace on the water (just like the one on the channel to the French Institute, except that the water evokes least one giant sewer ...)
The least obvious:
few places-but only a small terrace in front of shack of Zucca (not the pastry, just one behind) is pretty isolated and pretty nice. - Cafe TF B : Accessible via the second floor of Laforet (street or behind), this small cafe serves drinks and creative dishes and offers some seats on the terrace ideally located.
EVENING
The Best
- Casita , well, everybody already knows, is not it? and the terrace next to the Monsoon, has anyone tried?
- Laputa even fight.
- Crystal Lounge for a drink in the decor a bit bombastic.
The less obvious
-For dining in summer, I always find that
Den located on the roof of the Parco is a good solution (weekdays instead).
Nice decor, reasonable prices for a hyper izakaya in good order.
Warning think of a good book but the terrace.
