S A N D R A T E E N M O D E L

I tested for you: Yoga Magma

So I finally went to try this famous Yoga at Magma Illoiha club.

At the reception, I am asked to buy two bottles of water, passes me a white towel and I was told to relegate my yoga mat at the door (this is the case to say). The towel serves as a mattress. Really.

I went into the studio that is composed, as I recall, volcanic stone. This stone warms the room and to be honest, I do not know is how many degrees, but it is hotter than Bikram yoga which I used.

We are 12 girls in the studio (maximum allowed), each with our towels and our liters of water, its Contrex that its water Japanese (me).

Before class, the girls are waiting for the early elongated on the hot stone.

Then the teacher moves and begins the course.

Well, fortunately I master (roughly) about me in Japanese because honestly, his tone of voice should not exceed 20 decibels.

volontairemennt As the studio is plunged into the dusk, it becomes a bit of a challenge to figure out what to do.

Fortunately, the course is straightforward. We are far from Ashatanga or other power yoga. Here's more relaxation-yoga.

And it is great indeed, because the heat is so stifling (and Yet it is a follower of mushi ATSUI who speaks) that was really a hard move.

The teacher stops every 3 breaks locks that can be our liters of water and soak up perspiration (imperatively provide for an extra towel).

I think being out of the course of two kilos lighter water (and 4500 yen also when my coupon stated "during a 2100 yen" but hey, at the time, I have not checked so too bad for me ) ..

To be honest, the heat is so intense that many of the girls must take the air out after half an hour. After 50 minutes, I prayed inwardly to make it stop!

short a session without detox effective but probably a little too extreme for me, and I came away with a stinker migraine (due to sudden water stress?) as well as a cause of stomach enoooooooorme has ingested two liters in one hour and a half.

I went to bed directly. Yes, 22 hours.

An experience that I do not renew but nothing prevents you from trying ...

Hard Ball In Cat Belly

The Mango Tree

A little review this time a Thai restaurant once will not hurt. The Mango Tree.

Located at 35th floor of the tower of Marunouchi, the entrance decorated nicely foreshadowed the best auspices.

I personally have not found the decor is also nice as I thought at the beginning, the restaurant is certainly quiet, but the light is a bit too much and the ceiling and testing of pipes arty left me unmoved.

The menu is widely appreciated but not endless as most Thai restaurants in the low range.

First trouble of the night: once the order taken, we had to wait 40 whole minutes (at least) the first dish. Other small

quacks command followed andTHE time we start eating, we already announced the last order!

However, nothing was said about the quantities they are more Thai than Japanese ... so that I could not eat more than a quarter of my second flat so it was huge.

Second Bemol nevertheless on the kitchen if my friends seemed gladdened by their relatively flat (or they were just polite), I found mine too fat for me.

Fortunately, the dessert that made me a little fear has largely caught up the previous disappointment.

Addition Final: about 10,000 yen per person, not really expensive but a pity that the addition rises with more floors than the quality of food!
